We only collect personal information you choose to give us. We do not use advertising cookies or ad networks. We also keep simple, anonymous visit and performance statistics, such as which pages are viewed, the country, browser and device used, and how fast pages load. These are not linked to you.

3. Why We Collect It
We only collect information with your knowledge and agreement — through the contact form checkbox or the Alex chat notice. You can ask us to stop using your information at any time by writing to us.

- To provide information about Manthrix services where you have requested it
- We do not use your information for marketing unless you specifically agree to it
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with other companies for their own use
5. Data Processors
We use trusted services to receive your form messages and pass them to our team. They handle your data only for us and may not use it for their own purposes. Messages you send to Alex are handled by a service provider working for us, only to write a reply. We do not store them ourselves unless you choose to share your name, email or mobile number with Alex. In that case, your conversation is saved together with your details (in our contact records, which are kept with a service that works for us) so that we can follow up with you. Other service providers help keep this site secure and running. They handle your data only for us.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry. Older records may be moved to a separate, secure archive, where they stay until you ask us to delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, including from the archive.
7. Your Rights

- Correct your data — ask us to fix anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data — ask us to remove your information entirely
- Withdraw your agreement — change your mind at any time; this doesn't affect anything before you withdrew

All pages on this site use HTTPS encryption. We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, though no system is completely risk-free.
9. Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. Your display preference (light or dark mode) is saved in your browser locally and never sent to us. When you send the contact form, we save the time you sent it in your browser. This is a cookie that lasts one minute, plus a copy in your browser's storage. It stops the form being sent twice by mistake. It is not used to identify you.
10. Children
This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, write to us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when it was last revised.
