Full Stack Developer
Building web platforms, SaaS products, cloud APIs, and enterprise software — end to end, with deliberate architecture.
- Full stack web development (React, Node, or equivalent)
- Designing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Writing maintainable, well-documented code
Mobile App Developer
Designing and shipping cross-platform or native mobile applications with clean UX and solid performance.
- iOS and/or Android development (Flutter, React Native, or native)
- Integrating hardware and IoT data streams into mobile UX
- Performance optimisation and offline-first design
Embedded Systems Engineer
Writing firmware, working with microcontrollers, and bridging the gap between hardware and software in real IoT products.
- Firmware development in C/C++ for ARM or RISC-V targets
- RTOS, bare-metal programming, and peripheral interfacing
- Debugging hardware-software integration issues
PCB Design Engineer
Taking electronics from schematic to production-ready PCB — clean layouts, proper DFM, and hardware that actually works in the field.
- Schematic capture and PCB layout (KiCad, Altium, or similar)
- Signal integrity, power delivery, and DFM principles
- Coordinating with manufacturers for prototyping and production
AI / ML Engineer
Training, fine-tuning, and deploying custom AI models and LLMs that solve real production problems — not research demos.
- Model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines
- Working with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
- Deploying models to production with performance constraints
Computer Vision Engineer
Building vision systems for manufacturing inspection, defect detection, and real-world deployments on edge hardware.
- Object detection, segmentation, and classification pipelines
- OpenCV, YOLO, or similar vision frameworks
- Optimising models for edge deployment (ONNX, TensorRT, etc.)
Business Development Executive
Finding, qualifying, and closing partnerships and project opportunities — connecting Manthrix's capabilities with partners who need them.
- Identifying and approaching prospects in tech-forward industries
- Communicating technical capability to non-technical decision makers
- Building long-term relationships, not just closing deals
Technical Project Manager
Owning delivery across software, hardware, and AI projects — scoping precisely, communicating clearly, and shipping on time.
